Where does it all go?

Over 80% of contributions to the Phoenix go directly to our art and artists – actors, designers, scenery, costumes, etc. But, perhaps, you would like to underwrite the cost of something specific.

To earmark your contribution for a specific Phoenix expense, the Wish List below describes some of the costs that go into each of our productions.

If you would like to underwrite a specific item, we will be happy to acknowledge your contribution in our show programs and on our website.


Phoenix Theatre Ensemble Wish List
  • 1 Week of Theatre Rental:  $3,000
  • Lighting Rental Package for a production:  $1,500
  • 1 Week of Rehearsal Space Rental:  $750
  • Sound Rental Package for a production:  $400
  • 1 Year of Website Rental:  $500
  • Costumes Cleaning:   $400
  • Subsidize tickets for 20 High School Students:    $300
  • Program Printing for a production:  $500
  • Ticket Printing for a production:  $300
  • Postcards for a production:  $1,000
