THE DOMINO HEART

As their marriage ebbs from an old betrayal, Cara's husband is killed in a car accident. The Reverend Mortimer Wright is sleepless and alone in his hospital room, reconciling his relationship with God and his fear of death. Leo Juarez is camped out in his high-rise corporate office, cigar in hand, bitterly musing on the state of the world from his rarified vantage point. In the night sky above, a helicopter carries the organ that will connect them all.

Part mystery, part examination of the human soul, The Domino Heart is the haunting story of three strangers linked by one heart. A powerful exploration of the questions we ask ourselves when faced with our own mortality, and the choices we make which determine who we are.

The Domino Heart was directed by Phoenix Theatre Ensemble resident ensemble member Attilio Rigotti and features ensemble members Jessica Crandall as Cara, Craig Anthony Bannister as Mortimer, and John Cosentino as Leo.
